GL down again
Well, figured out the problems.
Blown headlight bulb (easy)
Clutch noise - the wire retaining ring looks like it would at times get wedged in between the plate and plunger, creating the creeping clutch.
Sparkplug was loose, didn't look great so I replaced but now I've only got 80 psi, looks like it's time to bore it over.
At least the scooter lords smiled on me and I made it home!
