I understand the jackalope, the support they have given us, but i enjoy the covered patio, outside heaters, decent beer selection and the food ain’t bad and cost effective selection Good times provide. The real thing i look for is covered outside dining and it’s hard to find with the size and location Good times has. The summer tour was good, just didn’t find a solid reason or replacement for GT. Just my opinion

Summer tour is over. I think the results is mixed. Really didn't find any new rally spots, unfortunately. Places were hit and miss. Keep places in mind for next year: needs to have safe, visible parking. how is service? Can it handle 30-50 people or is it just a club dinner/brew stop for 10-15? Price point ($ $$ $$$) as most scooterists are cheap as hell. Vegan, vegetarian fair available?

Until we are all comfortable indoors, I suggest we continue at Good Times. They have proved capable in winter weather and they like us well enough to allow us to host events. it's fairly central and high-visibility to promote scootering. I think some garage nights is good too.

For those new to meetups, TDC benefits by having a regular meetup spot. Word gets around and newbs learn where to go when they have scootering inquiries. Also, it's easier for everyone to remember: "Wednesday at Good Times." We might inquire on a standing table reservation.

I do miss Jackalope though.
