This rally fender is already toast where I would need to trim it. What do you think? Running a Stella disc fork it needs something different.

I'll keep the fender in mind, I've got a few various fenders so we'll see. With the different fork I can't just put one on. The hugger p fender crossed my mind as well.
Also, there's a orange rally 180 built by Sean Nicole in Seattle up for sale for 4k it's in Spokane and can be delivered for gas money or pick up.
Notch it and put rubber trim around it ?
