Little progress tonight, sitting on new shoes and the flywheel cover is on. Working to lube up the rear brake, pedal was a bit seized. I've got an early day and also off early tomorrow so it'll be gas tank time and maybe a video of it starting!

Cables hooked up (had to pull the fork! No space to route them with it in), putting a new Speedo in that was just laying around (thanks @Scott Gamron for the random parts). Need to build tires tomorrow but I think I'll be starting it up Monday or Tuesday.

Getting at it this morning. Cables still being a pain so I switched to easy like putting the motor in 🤣. Gotta adult for a bit then back at it later today.

After careful fitting of the cases, this is where I got tonight by 10:30. Should be pretty quick to button up tomorrow and get ready to put in the frame!
